Staff logins are created by your Director inside the app.
For your security, choose a new password only you know. Your temporary password was set by an administrator.
At least 12 characters, with at least one letter and one number.
Choose how lists of youth, staff, and foster homes look for you. This is your own choice, it doesn't change what anyone else sees.
Built from staff shift clock-in / clock-out. The export downloads completed shifts as a CSV you can import into your payroll system.
Request time off for yourself; a scheduler approves or denies it. Approved time off warns the scheduler if they try to put you on that day.
Request reimbursement for personal-vehicle miles driven for work; a supervisor approves or denies it.
Drafts (dashed) are visible only to you until you Publish. Publishing makes the week visible on each staff member's own Schedule tab.
Your published shifts. Times are set by your supervisor.
Every medication across the agency at or below the pills/units on hand you choose, one list, not split by youth. Print sends the whole-agency list to the pharmacy (youth, Medicaid # and DOB are included on each row).
What your Quality Assurance and Improvement Plan says you measure, measured. Look at what moved, decide one change, give it an owner, and check it again next quarter.
Operation-wide reports. Date-based reports cover a maximum of 90 days at a time.
Total days each youth was placed during the date range, summed across everyone from the sources you pick. Two youth placed 30 days each show as 60 days. Estimated billing uses current contract rates.
Owed is calculated automatically from each youth's placement days and their placing-source rate. Enter what actually came in each month to track collections and see the variance.
Somewhere to put the files you already have, including everything exported from a previous system. Upload as many as you like at once and call each one whatever you call it. A file can be left as a general record or filed against a child.
Everything on one calendar: appointments logged on a client's record appear on their day, and organization events (a party, a staff meeting, a training day) sit alongside them. Click any entry to see the time, place and number, or to change it.
A child's file stays open for the whole aftercare period, with somebody named as responsible for it. Everyone discharged is listed underneath, and their records are retained after discharge.
This closes on the record that satisfies it, not on a tick.
Choose the youth to print. Each youth prints on their own page(s).
Enter the session once and check off who attended, it is filed to each person's record so you don't have to open them one by one. You can attach one certificate for everyone after saving.
Record each party you contacted. At least one is required.
Serious incidents and behavior reports logged today, so you're caught up before you start.
Click a room to expand it and see who's assigned. Several can be open at once.
Who is responsible for this youth in each role. Assigned staff are who safety-plan acknowledgements can be limited to, and who reports route to.
